The focus of each agency in the Westan Insurance Group has evolved throughout the years. The flagship agency, Union City Insurance Agency, has long been regarded as a Property and Casualty (P & C) agency. Although in recent years a separate department has been established, dedicated to the life and health business, Union City Insurance thrived throughout the years focusing on providing P & C insurance to its commercial accounts. Now, with five locations, 12 full-time P & C agents, nine Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s), and two full-time claim representatives, the Westan group continues to dedicate huge resources to the cultivation and maintenance of our P & C business.

The Westan philosophy is much more than selling an insurance policy. It is our goal to build relationships with our business partners to protect their interests. We offer consultation to our customers regarding risk, loss history, market trends and the cost of insurance. We can help with risk management and will begin working on your renewal 90 days prior to the actual renewal date to insure that we have the best product at the most competitive price.
