History

Mr. Howell founded Hollomon Insurance Agency prior to 1940. In 1940, Mr. Cleve Hollomon purchased the agency in Kenton, Tennessee. In 1948, Ray Hollomon assumed the operation of the agency and in 1986 the agency was sold to Steve Shanklin and David Campbell. On May 1, 2007, the agency was sold to the Westan Insurance Group of Union City. The Hollomon families have managed the agency since 1940 and still are the guiding factors in its operation. Gail Hollomon Perryman is the office manager and is assisted by her mother, Evelyn Hollomon. The agency is located at 111 E. College Street, Kenton, TN. The agency serves parts of Obion, Gibson, and Weakley counties as a source for personal and commercial insurance.
