History

Twin Cities Insurance Agency was started as a new agency in 1997 in response to the need for a full service agency in the Twin Cities area of Fulton, KY and South Fulton, TN. Shortly thereafter, the Rice Insurance Agency was purchased and became a part of Twin Cities Insurance Agency. Recently, Twin Cities Insurance Agency has moved into a new building on Lake Street in Fulton, has acquired new management and has expanded its staff, reaffirming the Westan commitment to the twin cities area.

On October 1, 2004, Twin Cities Insurance Agency purchased the Norton Insurance Agency, adding over 1,600 policies and customers to Fulton’s growing client base. The Norton agency had previously been located on Section Line Road between Union City and Fulton.
